If I login and check email and then then logout to check another att.net account it ignores the new email address and re-logins me to the first account without entering a password. I have spent hours and hours, I lost count. on the phone with representatives, only to be elevated higher and higher to finally. I believe I was on the phone with an actual programmer with one of the companies, I don't recall which. I actually have a file and notes, pages and pages of what we tried, etc. .
